The ECHL Booster Club Council was created 20 years ago to act
as a link between the ECHL's front office and the booster clubs
of the league's teams enabling quick efficient means of communication
and understanding. It also provides the booster clubs of the
ECHL a place to connect to share ideas, find solutions and act
as a sounding board.

The ECHLBC is governed by a set of bylaws which can be reviewed
here.
The ECHLBC generally meets once a year at the annual ECHL
Jamboree to discuss and review the previous year. At the
annual meeting, elections are held for offices of President
and Vice-President. The newly elected President then in turns
appoints a Recording Secretary. It is also at the annual meeting
where, if necessary, the host booster club for the next year's
Jamboree is selected. Booster Club Council Representatives,
1 per team, are selected by their respective booster clubs and
may serve in that capacity as long as their booster club feels
is fit.
